Hi, I’m Merida!

Ever since starting SCURO at 19, I never imagined we’d come this far, but here we are!

Since I was 14, I’ve waitressed, face painted at birthdays, and live painted at weddings. At 19, I finally saved enough to open my own studio. I had no business experience, just a PSLE certificate.

There were many nights of sacrifice, fear, and doubt, but little by little, we grew. SCURO’s success was built by a tribe of friends and family who believed in the vision and never let me give up.

At SCURO, our philosophy is simple: passion is everything. Be brave enough to try, humble enough to learn, and driven enough to keep going.
